During the hot summer months always make sure your pets have fresh water a couple of times a day. Also make sure if they are outdoors they have some area of shade available to them. Never leave your pets in a car in  the summer even if you think it isn't that hot out. Temperatures in cars climb very fast and it can become extremely warm in a short amount of time.

Doggie Daycare Services: Safe and comfortable supervised play and exercise environment. Your dog will have plenty of play time and also time to take a nap on comfortable beds. All of the play time inside and outside are supervised. We will provide a report card every day telling you what your pet did during the day. We provide fresh clean water and if your dog needs to be fed during the day we can accommodate that as well. If there is an emergency concerning your dog, you will be contacted immediately. If you can’t be reached and your dog needs emergency care he/she will be taken to Portage Animal Hospital.

·         Hours of operation: Monday through Friday 7am-6pm & Saturday 8am-2pm. There will be a $5 late fee for each 10 minutes that any dog is left after 6pm.

·         Requirements for dogs attending doggie daycare:

1.      Your dog must be at least 12 weeks of age.

2.      If your dog is older than 6 months they must be spayed or neutered.

3.      Your dog must be current on all vaccinations, including bordetella (kennel cough).

4.      Your dog must be in overall good health.

5.      Your dog needs to be on a scheduled flea and tick prevention program.

6.      Your dog needs to be friendly with other dogs and people.

7.      Your dog needs to be non-possessive of toys and non-territorial.

·         Required Documentation before first day of doggie daycare:

1.      Completed registration form.

2.      Signed owner agreement.

3.      Copy of your dog’s vaccination records.

4.      Completed emergency card.

Our in home pet sitting services

  • Our initial visit for in home pet sitting- During our first visit, we will fill out a Client Information form with you. This form will provide us with emergency information and contacts, and any special instructions you might have. It will also provide us with your pet's information and preferences. We do keep past client information on file. If you are a repeat customer the initial visit will not be as long but we would still like to re-introduce ourselves to your pet. This is a good time to review past instructions and note any changes you might have.
  • Pet sitting in the comfort of your own home- We provide pet sitting in your home. This is less stressful for you and your pet. Unlike having to board them at a kennel, your pets will be lavished with love and attention in their own familiar setting. We can pick up your mail or paper for you so your house doesn't look empty. We can also check dehumidifiers or thermostats if you would like. We will provide you with a daily summary of what your pet did during each day. 
  • Exercise or play with your pet for in home pet sitting- We will walk your dog or play with them. We can also play with your kitty.
  • Let your pet out during the day for potty breaks- If you work long hours or you would just like your baby attended to while you are at work we can come let them out for potty breaks or playtime.
  • Our service area for in home pet sitting services- We serve Portage, some of Kalamazoo, Texas Twp., Vicksburg, and other areas on a case by case basis. There may be a mileage fee for some areas of Kalamazoo.

Prices for Doggie Daycare: Multiple day passes are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Payments for passes are due in advance. We recommend making reservations. Owners will be charged for no-shows.

One day fee $20 per day

5-day pass $19 per day ($95)

10-day pass $18 per day ($180)

20-day pass $17 per day ($340)

Additional dogs $13 each

Half-day fee $13 (4 hours or less)

Prices for in home pet sitting services:

Single visit  $15

2 separate visits each day  $25

3 separate visits each day  $35

Initial paperwork $5 (one time fee for each client)

We accept cash, check, or credit cards. Please make check payable to Wiggles, Waggles & Tails.

Payment is due upon completion of service for in home pet sitting. Payments are to be made within the grace period of 7 calendar days after contracted services end. If payment is not received during the grace period, invoices will be charged a 1% interest per business day the invoice is not paid. Payment for the doggie daycare is due at time of service.
